Country Watch is a paid subscription service that sends email alerts when Ebola is officially confirmed in countries you have added to your watch list.
Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy govern payment processing.
Authentication uses email verification codes sent to your email address via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebola Tracker and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any alerts sent. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You may not use this site or service to spread misinformation, harvest data in bulk contrary to the spirit of the public API, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated to active subscribers via email with at least 14 days notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
